97-99% of their rushes have been to the middle of the field, right or far right.

What's the best way to defend that? Heavy zone, blitzing the OLB's?

How can you defend only one side of the field on outside runs?

I'm not sure but I would guess locking up that side against the run and then blitzing if your guys are decently good at tackling to stop up those holes on that side.

You pray to god that they don't see this thread and run to the left instead.

Just shift to the strong side. Against 2 WR Cover 0 will bring the SS into the box and put the FS on the #2 WR with the CB. Or go 3-3-5, Cover 0, Strong Side shift, Run Focus, and mix up the blitzers but always bring CB2. Ex: Blitz MLB, CB2, SS. Don't worry about WR2 he will be picked up by CB3.

Anything else.

i dont know if i would go cover 0

he said the guy always runs to the right, not that he runs on every down
