uhh i dont know you, so i want to apologize if you have some sort of mental disease or genetic disorder that affects your ability to think rationally, conduct yourself in social settings, and makes you sweat so badly you smell like rosie odonnels anal beads, but did you SERIOUSLY just spend time copying over, by hand, your LEVEL 11 D-LEAGUE RUNNING BACKS STAT LINE? as PROOF that you know how to build a RB? High Confidence really is amazing.

Here's what's funny about that though. You'll notice when he joined the team (this season). That means that the successful people running the team decided that his IS a quality build and Larry is a quality agent, and the success has continued WITH him, not despite him. He's offering his experience to the people with questions, there's no reason to act this way.

Besides, running up the score with 23 carries against a CPU owned team isn't a good way to measure your e-peenie...

I've often wondered if low confidence makes the player kind of 'delay' at points of his running sequence.

IMO you all should bring confidence to the 4 to 1 cap. It will do wonders for your RB. That way, no matter how bad you build a RB, he will never know.
