This player is being slow built and is not a blocker. The numbers above are natural.

I'm SBing this season and all of next. I'm just kind of torn between taking strength to the third cap or agility to the first. I know 99% of the people here will probably say to softcap agility first but is there any argument that can be made for third capping strength first?

And after AGI is softcapped should I then third cap strength? Or assuming I third cap strength and softcap agility what should be my next move? Finally dump points into speed? Or softcap carrying and then hit speed? Or go for the second AGI cap?

I like 3rd capping strength now with you not competing next season. I would have 3rd-ed mine (same level as yours), but I want to play next year. Getting to the third quickly will let you get .5 strength for a few more levels. It'll lead to some insane strength at higher levels and some nice broken tackles if you get carry up with it.

For perspective, here's mine at 21:

Strength: 71.54 Blocking: 22
Speed: 22 Tackling: 14
Agility: 61.86 Throwing: 8
Jumping: 9 Catching: 17
Stamina: 21 Carrying: 42
Vision: 14 Kicking: 8
Confidence: 14 Punting: 8

These are natural numbers. I think I went strength to 64, then took off four or five levels then back to strength to 68.

I'm beginning to think ridiculously high strength numbers are unnecessary with the way LBs, DEs, D-backs and even DTs are being built now. An 80 strength with equipment will be enough to get the job done. If I were you, I'd get agility to 60, carrying to 48, and train speed for as long as you can stand it without putting points into it.

In the meantime, put equipment into speed to make up the difference. 61+ strength is fine, and you'll be competetive in a 21 capped league, if you wanted to compete.

To answer this question directly: I'd get agility to 60 and let level bonuses increase it from there. Then get carrying to 48. This will give you plenty of time to train speed without investing points.

Alright, think I've decided on first and second capping agility and then capping carrying while training speed. That should keep me busy for a long time.

Right now I have all of my equipment in strength so I'm sitting at like 79.5 or something like that. I'm only level 16 so I think the natural level ups plus another +4 STR @ 24 will completely take care of strength on this guy for good.
