I can agree with that but when you have the number of shit talkers in MEM then you're bound have a few heads collide every once in a while.

And if you have 40 active agents (or however many active ones) you should be able to have them all on the same page with builds and tactics. The Fire forum is not the best out there as we dont talk a lot of OT stuff. Doesnt bother us.
I think it is important to know what is important to people. To some its the interaction, some it is the winning, and to some its a combination of both. One thing that makes this game good is that its a place for all those kind of people.
For me it's something to do with my other hand while I drink. Just saying

Being a Decent trash talker is one of the keys in players we recruit. Crappy builds we can work with. Don't boost, who cares. Solid at talking trash. 7k per game 3 year no trade deal and a 200k bonus instantly.

No bad history with MichN18, and yes, that team had really good builds. I see some of those guys are on your roster now.
Yes some of those guys are on the roster now. They were better builds than his players who were on the Fire. no reason to keep the older less well built players.
I am glad its not bad history. I vaguely remember a decent amount of hate for Mich and his 1 man team. Not saying that was from you guys but I know from Oceanic AA3 in general.
No bad blood between the Cannibals and MichN18. I tried to recruit a couple of his guys when the Coots disbanded for the Cannibals but he'd found homes for all of them already by the time I got word. Our history with MichN18 is more of the way that we knew you guys were good because his builds and tactics were very good. As for 1 man teams there's adv's and disadv's. Having control of builds/tactics and not having to manage egos is a big advantage but over the seasons we've accumulated unselfish, team first agents that want to win and it's not something we deal with really anymore. So, that's not a big advantage over us, maybe some other teams though. We always post tactics and our players understand our goal and direction and they've meshed their builds to excel in our scheme.
The biggest advantage to having a multi agent team is the overlap with gameplans, Bort changes, etc. Lots of our agnets bring ideas to the forum that we can implement.
