Don't forget about the other half of confidence. Not only does higher confidence slow the loss of morale, but higher confidence will also give you a larger morale boost if you (or your team) makes a good play.

Regardless I still think Confidence now plays a role in running out of bounds.

I'm amazed at the number of people that agree with things I post, and how little they say. I appreciate the candor Fierce and DiMo28. I was really surprised how loud the anti-confidence contingent on these forums batters down ideas, and your sensible contributions are a welcome respite.
