Really this has more to do with the Favor Backups settings. I have not used this feature before but would like to configure it for my team. It looks pretty straight forward but I was wondering if anybody has any tips for configuring this? Such as are there any gotchas I should be worried about?

Only pissed off starters. 
Just make sure you have it set to kick in when you have a comfortable enough lead. Never had any trouble with it myself.

The only thing is, some back ups don't have the stamina
so if your team is winning a blow out, that's why they have low play totals.
But I have it turned on.
