Are you asking for advice? Or do you just want someone to come in and be your DC?
I'll try to answer questions, but can't gm another team.

If anyone is buying a team, there should be an expectation that you will be the OC and DC. Unless you have some good friends, you are the "it". There is somewhat of a false assumption that you just buy the team and a decent OC / DC will be easy to get.

Amen. It'd be nice if someone who's got proven experience would start some sort of DC Acadamey. If you could come up with a way to make it worth your while. I think enough serious agents would be willing to pay real cash, if they could learn the things that work. It takes so much time to figure things out the hard way.

The defensive AI is the easy one of the two. It requires more studying to be able to gameplan since they are more reactionary than offensive but the offensive AI is much more extensive normally and takes a lot more time to input normally.
