I am new to this and my QB just became a free agent somehow! How do I get him on a team? Any healp would be GREATLY appreciated!

You can only stay on the d-leagues for so long. They sign a contract for an entire season, and it seems like yours just expired given your creation date and stuff. If you're level 7 or under you can sign a new d-league contract, but I'm afraid now you have to look for a human team to sign with as your player is above that.
Not going to lie, it could be tough to find a (certainly starting) spot for your QB, as that is a very popular position.
