Warrior General Games

Is it just me or does there seem to be more shootouts this year? It's like almost every game between even teams turns into a No D, who has the ball last game. Does anyone have the stats from last year? This year the league leaders is giving up a little over 12 a game, seems to me I remember teams giving up less than 10 a game.

Offenses have definitely become more powerful -- however I feel that in previous years defenses were too strong.

It's a balancing act. The O got a boost with the playbooks and tweaks to the AI, I think the defense will get a boost when their AI is tweaked as well.

In truth, well at least in my opinion, it's still possible to play good (even great) defense, it's just much more reliant on great DCs and player builds.

I think O may have been tweaked a lil too much. Its kinda rough when every game features like 300 yards of rushing lol. I think most of the agents in WEPL have good builds. Guess we'll see how it goes. I'm sure there will be more nerfs in the future.

last season the defense was a little bit better than the o but at least we got realistic games

the reason why things the way they are is because last season the offense had no real way to control which plays were called but the defenses did

by adding more plays a DC has to almost guess what the other team is doing which is damn near possible.

Also with this new offense teams really need to be playing more zone which nobody is built to do.

I agree there are some BS plays out there, a WR should not catch a ball 100% of the time when he is around 3 CBs. A Qb should not even be throwing it that direction when another WR is open on a shorter route.

That is why it is preferre to boost late each season so you can see these kind of things and make adjustments over the season. You spend your points early you are basically fucked until maybe next season possibly 2

The run game is impossible to stop, that's the be-all and end-all of it really. Anytime one team dominates the run, the other team lose by 60. Anytime two teams play each who can't stop the run, it's a shootout.

Rarely do you get two teams that can both run the ball that doesn't end up in 40+ match-up each.

Passing is currently funked. WR's shouldn't be catching what they do catch - and at the same time bad teams are screwed when passing against good defences because of the QB logic.

Well Monarchs D was shocking, but that was because I had mad no allowance for the new plays.

One quick update and we look a little better.

Just got to update the rest before Indy Clark works out whats still fucked !!!
