Definitely get his jumping up, I'd also suggest soft capping agility.

Get his tackling up and put him at CB, that way his drops don't matter as long as he gets a hand on the ball.

Don't know if its true, but there is a theory that increased speed without an accompanying increase in catching causes drops. If the theory is right, a player with 80 speed and 60 agility should also have 60 catching. Anybody else hear this or know if its true?

I need the help. I'm leading the league in receiving yardage (almost 200 a game), but also leading the league in drops with 14 through 6 games. I may have to rename the guy TO.

Could you point me to a thread on that? I have a WR in the 80/60 dept. with vision and jump ready to be capped. Catching is 50. He can't get open and when the ball is thrown to him he can't catch it. His STR is really low so I have often wondered if that is it. I would say he couldn't catch a ball in traffic, but he can't catch one anyway. SA's are low too. He beats all the other receivers on the team in stats and SA's it seems, but they are seriously making him look bad.

He is playing in a league where he is pretty outmatched level-wise. Yet, even the worst receivers are making him look bad. I figure there has to be an "imbalance" somewhere.

could carrying have an effect on it?

Ya know it helps hold on to the ball while carrying it. Maybe he is getting hit right after he catches the ball. And he can't hold on to it or something.

The #1 CB is probablly being played on you making it harder for you to catch the ball.
