Does playing on hard make your hb perform way better than when on normal or is the difference only minimal?

People play on Normal?

Hard is a 10% bonus to attributes.

I play on relaxed with my low level QB in the D-League, so I get more playing time and thus more experience points. But if you're playing to win, you have to play on hard.

There is an experience penalty for playing on relaxed...10% I think.

You'll get the same amount of XP/play playing on normal, and more playing time.
