I have 2 SS both with stamina at 45. I rotate them 98/99 to get them equal amounts of playing time. The starter is seeing 3 times the amount of plays over the backup.

Any advice on how to get them equal playing time.

Is the backup on special teams? If both are just taking snaps at SS then your settings should be good for getting them pretty equal plays.

Yes my backup is on KOS. I wouldn't think that it would drain that much energy.

Also, are you forcing starters in certain situations? That will account for the difference as well.

Special teams takes tons of energy.

to get guys to play a 50/50 split put 99 in the first box then put a 1 in the 2nt box.

the starter should see alil more playing time but after he hits 99 it will then sub him out for 1 play then he will come back so on so forth.

BUT! Your back-up will wear down as he in Required to take the snap & play special teams? Unless you have a min/max for spec. teams in place. Or depth, etc.

Long as he has the stam. to handle it.
