I picked this up i already have another piece with 2 upgrades in it and close to a 3rd i was just wondering if this is good to pick up or useless

Aren't you going to keep upgrading the current piece of equipment? I don't recommend wearing two. You will get more value form by spending all of your upgrades on one piece of equipment, instead of splitting among two pieces. If the equipment isn't worth the two upgrades you can do every season then it probably isn't worth having at all.

This seems like a good piece of equipment but I don't know what your other one is so I can't compare.

I just landed a 2% break block, +1 tunnel vision piece. I'd see if you can keep shopping for at least 2 mods on the item.
