Any suggestions on stopping an avid passing game where they pass 65% of the time and they pass deep 60% of the time?

Also, should i use man coverage or zone coverage for my underneath coverage?

How many speed WR do they have and how do your CBs stack against 'em?

In GLB, the right answer is generally not zone, especially against a deep passer.
