Agility: 51.72
Stamina: 26.2
Carrying: 24.84
Confidence: 25.94

Level 26 Power HB, looking for opinions on where I should focus on next. I'll second cap speed with another bonus token boost (I'm 0.01 under the cap, LOL), but then I'm completely lost concerning what to do next.

Do I 3rd cap speed?
Do I 2nd cap agility?
Do I 4th cap strength while it still only costs 4SP to raise? (should be able to raise it twice, so like 8 SP, probably attainable shortly after my next level up due to bonus token SP).
Do I do more than one, or all of the above, and leave the minor attributes to training until I'm in my high 30s?

Really not looking for an immediate improvement. I'm on a farm team right now. Just wanting what's best for my player in the long run. SP won't go into minor attributes, I'll just be training them (doing a mixture of stamina/confidence/carrying intense training right now). But to anyone who suggests that I abandon my plan and raise carrying, I'd really rather spend the SP in Power Thru and just train carrying instead.

I think that bort has nerfed carrying into a bigger factor of making broken tackles. I am not sure though. I think that your strength has lots of potential, but it can be put to full use by bringing up your power through ability

I know its importance in breaking tackles was slightly increased but as far as I'm concerned strength/speed/agility are still king, strength for the pure effect it has in the mathematical formula, and speed/agility for being able to take advantage of the broken tackles and not slow down to a crawl every time I get hit. That's why I'm sacrificing carrying (I'm sure "break tackle %" has to be capped at some point anyway, and if I'm not already there with 94 strength, I'm probably damn close).

Agility to 60, carrying to 48 on its way to 60. Stamina to 35+, confidence to 35+.

If you plan on actually playing "for real" before level 40 or so, I'd say lay off the strength.

You'll want vision and SAs at some point as well.

If you aren't looking to be 'ready' then I would 3rd cap speed, then 2nd cap agility while training carrying and confidence on intense. It would be really nice if you could train stamina and carrying on intense, but alas, Bort says no. I would then start pumping Power Thru.

I have a HB like yours but only lvl 20 atm and I am going to have the same questions when I get a few more levels...

I would train stamina and confidence to 30.
Then carrying to 30
Then continue to train stamina and confidence to 40.
Spend SP to get agility to 61.
Spend SP to get carrying to 48.
Spend SP to increase speed until the 4th cap.

If you don't care about your performance like you said, if as long as you don't fumble TOO much, I'd get speed to the 3rd cap.

My HB is similar. At some point gotta start adding to the tackle breaking SA's. Last season I broke on average 8-10 tackles a game. This season I break on average 2 tackles per game. Granted I am level 23 going against level 33-40's this season after being promoted.

Also: Don't forget that training is different now. It may only go up like 6%, but if its a 3:1 stat then that's really going up 18% of the regular attribute cost at a time. Currently I am busy stock piling shopping tokens for when I reach 25, but soon I'm going to go back to training intense and probably train a high attribute with a low one.

Yea I started out season 5 with just 1-1-1-1-1 from Custom, and though I was really slow at that point (25 speed or less), I wasn't breaking any tackles with like high 80s strength. when I added a few points to give me 2-3-2-3-1 I saw an immediate improvement even though I was still pretty damn slow. I really wasn't breaking tackles regularly without SAs.
The SA's I'm going to focus on are Power Thru and Lower Shoulder, with the endgame being 4-8-4-8-0 not including CE (I'd never spend 5SP to raise an SA, hell I'd rather spend 5SP to raise my strength by 1!). If I see a reason to raise Stiff Arm above 4 then I might consider raising that too, I mean after I have speed 3rd capped and agility 2nd capped what am I going to spend SP on? My minor attributes, just so I can end up as vanilla as all the older power backs created before me? Nah, I'm going for a destroyer build. I want to cause another nerf, heh.
