What our the best defenses to handle the pro set, both run and pass? My 3-4 LB strong shift doesn't seem to be working. And how exactly is the strong side/weak side determine in 3WR? Is the TE the strong side or is the 2 WR on the opposite side the strong side?

TE is strong side.
Is your defense performing better against other offenses?

Yeah, for the most part my defense is pretty strong against most of all the other formations. I scrimmaged a team that ran out of the Pro Set about 90% of the time today and he was getting 4+ yards every time. Even if I shift strong side to the right and could ran it into the strong side shift with any issues. I'm just looking for a defense to contain that.

How are you defending the pass? Reasonably well, or are you getting beat against the pro set pass as well?

Your defense is really set up, 3-4 cover 2, med distance(?) to defend the pass, so you're going to be soft against the run.

If you can get away with a 4-3, man under, cover 1 defense, and still get pressure on the QB and defend the pass reasonably well, you should.

Also, make sure you aren't generic with you play calling. For obvious running down/distance, shade more towards the run. And vice versa against passing downs.

If you are backed up against your own goal, switch to cover 0.

Incorrect.

The right offensive tackle determines the strong side in GLB.

So it changed from season 5? In season 5, the right side was always the strong side. I'm pretty sure nobody has shifted their TE against either team I work with, so I'm unable to verify it until someone does.

4-3 Cover 1 would likely be better.

That's a pretty solid O-line though. Your LDE is getting manhandled one on one by the ROT, which I think is your main problem...he at least needs to absorb another blocker. That HB gets out quickly too, so your pursuit isn't as much help as it might be.
