This, only you left out the part about how he's improved run blocking and HB pathing several times since doing this, yet the LB's still drop back.

Really this.

It's a silly built-in handicap leftover from earlier GLB days when LB's would have squashed all runs if they were playing like LB's should.

Chicks don't dig "no gain"'s.
