Faster? Likely you want the ball to hang in the air longer, not travel faster.
Punting is the primary skill.
It is widely viewed that str helps with punting farther, though some disagree.
Confidence will help with consistency.
My guess is vision will help with coffin corners, not sure though.
Spd/Agi/Jum supposedly affect mechanics, but there are good punters out there with REALLY low numbers in those three.
