Ok I've previously posted a few replays of what I thought were my WR with 9 Spin actually spinning but now I think they were just normal broken tackles or due to something other than Spin. I finally got my Spin WR's agility up to 62 and I now think this replay is actually what Spin looks like.
He runs straight through 1 player at the 45 yard line and then through 3 further players before getting tackled, but it doesn't actually say there was a missed tackle.

The Spin SA description states that it allows the player to spin out of the way of a tackler and additional levels increase the bonus to avoiding tackles by spinning. So if I'm correct, when a player spins the defender makes no attempt to tackle the ball carrier as he span out of the way, so it wouldn't say that there was a missed tackle.
Or I could just be entirely wrong and that replay was just a bug!
