He's lvl 27, not 24 - doh!

Started out as a blocking FB but I think he would also be useful running so should I invest more in the offensive abilities tree or soft cap agility and vision first?

Attributes first, since they help both aspects of your player. SAs are for specializing them.

it should go without saying that you softcap agility and vision first for a fullback.
(i mean, prior to SAs, not first before strength)
