I recently hired a Dc. I interviewed him for a few hours. Talking abouthow he runs his defense and how i like my dc's to act and what his responibilites would be. Anyways, it's been 3 days without any contact with him. He hasn't posted a gameplan, responded to my messages or pms, and there isn't 1 input in my tactics. I am not looking for a replacement, simply a sub. I am very sorry for posting here but im in a bit of a pickle. Our games sim at 9 tonight. Thanks alot for any of the help you can give.

Oh, I also asked him if he had the time i wanted him to have to put towards my team and he awnserd yes.
