Yep. Pass-block setting only affects passes where the back is not the primary receiver.

Please refrain from referring to Obama as the anti-christ. It is offensive to his disciples. You may refer to him as Obama, or Half-black Jesus, but nothing else. You may refer to him with titles such as Mr. President, or Shah, but nothing else.
