Keep tight end in and block him on the left side of the line. Or if they are shifting their linebackers at all, try running in the opposite direction. That kills a blitz.
Learn how to predict the blitz ! Watch their games identify whether they call them as a reaction to your formation, or field positions (or both, however identifying that will be harder).
When you know when the blitz is coming it will be much easier to surprise them with a counter tactic: 1) extra blocker 2) a run to an adjustment hole (making the blitzer in effective and the defense missing a LB) 3) screen pass to the blitz side 4) Exploit the missing LB in the coverage . . .

link to the blitz in question so we know what you are talking about
This is the first half of their last game in a total blowout so I didnt get anything from this game but the first two quarters I followed it. after the yellow line is their last preseason game. I took the 1st quarter since most teams test things in preseason.
They are mixing it very efficiently so it is hard to be sure of their tendencies with so little tape.
Some staff that I would try :
(1) They like to bring big blitz (more than 5 rushers) on 2 and short (less than 5), I suggest to have a input with a short TE pass and extra RBs protection. Pick the blitz let you TE get good YAC.
(2) Try running the following play from strong I : pass short WR, TE pass block left. that will bring the quick hooks. If you can them blitzing the ROLB (which seems likely) you have a good chance to find your HB for a completion and nice YAC.
(3) They I formation off tackle, HB slam and HB Blast seems to avoid most of the blitzs, and exploit the firing LBs.
