I'm here to say that plan doesn't work. And since I built a CB who soft-capped jumping first, I should know.

He's a level 16 now, and is slower than he should be by far. Plays decent coverage, but I would *never* repeat his build.

To echo that statement, I built a WR who capped jumping first and eventually ended up retiring him because he was slower than he should be and could not get open very much.
