A little help if you could. I was building for a LOLB spot when I got switched to ROLB. What should I do?

Kicking: 8
Confidence: 19.65
Punting: 8

(yeah I know I have my SA's messed up a bit)

How far? Or that only? Even my Training? Man I ask alot of questions. Do I?

Agility to the second cap (60.52) should be your first priority. Assuming these are your stats without equipment, you're almost there anyway. After that, I'd start moving speed towards the third cap and train confidence. Your other relevant stats are all past the point of very useful training, and I feel confidence is very underrated(expect others advising you to ignore this).

No training necessary. I'd probably train strength/jumping or maybe confidence/stamina.

Generally, you want to build a ROLB to be highly mobile, since he's rarely going to see runs coming right at him. That's not to say some OCs might not target you, but all else being equal, the ROLB plays in the most boring section of the field. This means its very important to get up to speed quickly so that you can make it to the parts of the field where the play is happening - weakside flat, backfield or over to support the left side.

None of your stats matter if you can't get to an active part of the field. I imagine your coordinator moved you precisely because your strength and tackling are about what you'd expect for a ROLB, but low for a LOLB. I like my ROLBs to have both to at least the 2nd soft cap.

I fixed my Stats to reflect Natural vs Equipment boosted Stats.

as a LOLB last year, I didn't have any tackling problems, in fact I led the team.

Ok so I'm going take Speed to 2nd Cap (So that I can get places faster)
then I'm bringing Agility to 2nd Cap

And daily Training Confidence
