It seems to me that he needs more agility to keep up with the WR's moves, and then more jumping to get the PD.

Looks more like you played too far off.

+5 speed, +2 Agility

I think 80 - 60 is the proper ratio for coverage. Your equipment aided speed must be crowding 80, I'd put all 15 points on agility to get to 57. Then I'd use next years triple boost to get both speed and agility to the soft cap, and train the heck out of Jumping and Strength.
