Whats so wrong with that build that cant be fixed with some cash to redo the equipment? Its not like he went and soft capped tackling.

You GLB genius's crack me up, the guy comes on the forum looking for a place to play and you bash him cause he doesnt spend 24 hrs a day on here researching builds. The guy avg'ed over 10 yards a catch last year with that build, how about giving him a break and just not posting if you arent interested.

I too could use this guy effectively. I like to throw to the TE, hence your build is fine for me.
