if failing a vision check means an 8 speed OT can stop you then i'd say vision is pretty important. softcap worthy atleast.

I think it meant that testing "8" speed OT's, not 1 OT with 8 speed.

it was in response to posts saying that OTs neglecting their non strength attributes should get destroyed. i'm pretty sure he meant a low speed OT.

I'm pretty sure he meant OTs with 8 speed like monsterkill said.
