For the time & effort you guys have put in, it really is a shame to basically get stuck near the bottom of the ladder again, especially since SJ was a contender for a coveted home playoff game this season. At this point it may be too late, but maybe not! Good luck either way ...

Your paying for this, and a paying customer they should make it right with you.

Agreed with you 100%, but from what I've had done to me with this game, they really don't give a shit about paying customers. Ask Sicarius about me giving him the Shadowblades, and then them selling me a tea,. that I didn't put in for. Oh, and they charged me double for it. It took me almost 2 weeks, and 5 PMs to get the team removed, and my flex points back.

But if he asked the guy if he would switch in the first place how do you know he didnt include that chain as proof when he asked to make the switch?

Even if he did, the admins were pretty clear that no switch would occur unless they received separate, direct confirmation from both teams. If Jase didn't send them anything, they shouldn't have made the switch based on a thread.

Now ... if Jase said something in the thread like "go ahead and tell them to make the switch and include this as my proof of consent", then that would be a different situation. But that doesn't seem to be the case. More likely it's a clerical error that could (and should) have been rectified.

Len's case above is a prime example. He wasn't even on the list to get a team, yet he got one this offseason for the bargain price of 2,000 FP. It's been fixed, but my man was apoplectic for a few days until it was straightened out!
