Oy, yeah... I's start over. Soft cap your main attributes as quickly as possible and stay away from SAs until about level 20.

it can be salvaged. consolidate all equipment onto stength. softcap it. Then save sp up until you can bring agility up to 48 then do the same for speed.

I'd probably try to retire him.

I'd retire him. It'll take longer to fix him than it will to just start over.
