I noticed that my QB has been getting hurried a ton this season and he keeps throwing incompletions on the run, so hopefully boosting my 'On the run' SA will fix that issue.

don't count on it

I have Turn Shldr and have seen it's affects. I generally have good line protection, but occasionally get hurried and have seen the blitzer with his hands on my QB. I have been able to get the pass off and the attacker shrugged off. I assume it is the Turn Shldr that led to the completion.
