I'm having difficulty on finding a team for my HB to join. I was negotiating with a new season 6 expansion team, but that fell through.... is my HB garbage?:

what are you asking for in terms of salary/bonus? You might be asking for too much and the teams you are talking to find someone willing to play for less.

I remember you posting about this a while ago. Your HB isn't garbage it's just that there are sooooooooo many other HBs looking for teams. I just looked at the marketplace and there 140+ level 12 HBs alone advertising.
