TE Russ Francis just became a free agent and is looking for a team that needs a receiving TE who is a pretty decent blocker as well. I would really prefer signing him to a team that includes the TE as an integral part of it's passing scheme (doesn't mean he has to be the first option, just that the TE actually does see a few balls come his way each game).
