Being that season 5 was my first as an owner, I'm wondering what the average player turnover would be year to year for a mid-pack team like the Assassins. I'm losing more players than I anticipated, but my anticipation really was based on nothing.

And... I know that double chemistry is done with now, its just -1 for each move... when does the chemistry "grace period" start though?

Only new owners get a chemistry grace period.

All moves made during the offseason will be -1 for existing owners.

As each year goes on, you lose less players. The Nungas are losing noone, and are adding a few players from guys who have players on other teams..

Its so nice to relax this offseason

Carolina only lost its inactives and a non boosting agent and our Kicker. We added some very key additions and have a few more coming. The kicker was replaced with one 8 levels higher so we will take that. keeping agents happy and winning with them is better than trying to rebuild the Arc and round up 2 of everything each offseason for the 40 days to follow.

Amen. The Bar stars are just about wrapped up with their post-season roster moves and there was almost no stress this year. Winning does help and building a core network of agents and friendly teams helps too.
