stop putting points into tackling/strength/vision

Speed/agility

Here this build is open. IM retiring him because I spent too many points into strength/vision/tackling etc. His speed/agility is low for his level and honestly I can use the flex points.

I'd say softcapping vision would be a good thing, but I know many oppose to that for DE's
