I dont think 80 speed is necessary at all...I have a lvl 28 CB that was FA and I cannot tell you how many owners thought he needed to raise his speed to 80(76spd/68agi).
Needless to say, I wasn't going to sign with them.

If my speed is second-capped @61...equipped to 76-then to get to 80= 3 SPs x4=12 SPs

I would much rather spend those 12 SPs on the right SAs and supplement attributes into certain skills more specifically.

CBs seem to be an enigma to many, but I think most people outthink themselves.

once receivers start getting up to level they will have 90 speed and 60 agility you start getting burned you'll change your mind real fast

It's never going to get any cheaper, if that's what you're waiting on. Any receiver on a streak is going to burn you big. Or you going to go 48s all around?

I guess you didnt agree with my post about how long it takes for the 100 speed to pull away from the 80 speed and how bad your pass rush must be for the offense to have that long.

Truth. 1:1 Speed/Agility ratio with capped Jumping and 55+ vision ftw

with equip im at 88 speed with my lvl. 28 CB. Not going to touch it for a while as i focus on getting my agility (55) to the next cap and my vision (51) to the second cap. Been training jumping and carrying (since he returns kicks).
