What is a good energy setting that would ensure that starters get the most playing time possible but still rotate with backups before their performance is affected?

no one really knows how much energy levels effect players. So nothing is concrete. Most people us a 60/70.

FYI, I used 60/70 and my CB1 and CB2 missed over 20 minutes of game time in the second half. Stamina of 36.

My understanding of those is that your starter plays until he's down to 80 or 70, and then would switch in and out with the backup for the rest of the game.
Wouldn't that limit the starters playing time in the 2nd half in favor of playing him in the first half? Plus he'd be pretty tired by the second half.
Seems like we would want the backup to play as much as possible in the first half so that the starter is fresh down the stretch in the second half.
Unfortunately I have no idea how to do that.
