So 3-4 in addition to the 4 teams moving up?
What is the probability of say Tulsa if they were to win it all bumping two levels?

I don't see anything about 4 teams moving up now. The estimates in the thread on the main USA board say more than 28 BBB teams will also be promoted, though, so that would leave the conf finals runners up as the first since they won the most playoff games.

Here's what you can realistically expect...

1) The 4 team promotion/relegation...

So what this all boil down to? For BBB #4, you can realistically expect 3-4 teams from each conference to move up...

This is why I'm lost. It seems like it is either 4 teams... or likely 7-8 teams?

sounds like all the teams that make it to the semis are a 100% lock. then a couple teams from each conference in addition to those 4. so maybe the teams that made it to the quarterfinals have a good shot at getting moved up too.

Bort made an announcement a while ago that instead of just the teams that make it to the finals move on, all teams in the conference finals move on. And the four worst teams, instead of two, drop down.

Bummer. Both Beer Town and Philadelphia will be facing off in the A#2 Conference Finals. We won't likely be seeing them next year in that case.

We've recently been able to crack Beer Town and hold a winning record over them this season in 5 friendlies but haven't managed to figure out Philadelphia yet.

It looks like we'll just be seeing them in occasional friendlies still unless a very significant number of teams drop throwing.

EDIT:
I guess the good news for the Capitals is that there is a very good chance if we can maintain a good thing going that we will be very competitive in the next season as well.
