love the UM picture, so i'll help you out. strength to 60, then agility to 48 while training stamina, vision, and confidence. also, lay off the SA's for a while

should i cap 48 for both then hit 60, or should i just pump str till 60 then cap agility,

Don't add any more SA for a while.
For run stuffer 1. Strength to 61 as quickly as possible. 2. Agility to 61 as quickly as possible. 3. Strength to 68 (will usually get close by the time agility is 61 anyway) 4. Agility to 68
Everything else is open for debate. Some people swear by vision, some say it is useless. I say train other attributes to get them up for a while. Once strength and agility are taken care of then you can start pumping points into SAs and working other stats. By that time the value of some of the other attributes and SAs may be figured out also.

I like what Rage has said. Only difference would be to get your stamina up to around 25. This way you get more snaps which means more experience. I might put 1 or 2 points in Wall SA. It's the only runstuffing special that I have found useful.
