I just created a Level 1 DE hoping to back him be able to play both OLB and DE. I am trying to base him off Demarcus Ware, who is one of the best in the business.

Has anyone ever tried this? Know what works and doesn't work?

Any build advice would be much appreciated, thanks!

That would be great if you could replicate it Demarcus Ware is definitely the best Pass rushing linebacker in the league. I know other DE's have been based off Michael Strahan a sack machine that uses agility and speed to get his stats but as soon as the OT gets light on his feet and looks for the hard up field rush he bull rushes and knocks them on their ass.

i have tried to do it with my de but havent found a team that would play 3-4 and put him on the outside to rush. here is my build a combination of speed agility and strength.

Speed 73.69
Agility 60.69

That doesn't sound like Michael Strahan...

You should watch one of his games he'll go finesse, finesse, finesse, bull rush all depending on what the call is and what's working, towards the end of his career he would get chipped or double teamed so you would mostly use finesse but trust me, he can bull rush like a DT. He didn't bull rush much late in his career but he had it in him.

I'm trying to build Albert Haynesworth or Reggie White at DT. Haven't gotten it right yet.

He played mostly at DE, but he also lined up at DT quite a bit at different points in his career. The actual position he played most of the time is not as important to me as the build type. Large - Powerful - Quick as a Cat
