I will boost at the beginning of the season so I will have 15 SP +2 from points that come from training tokens, so 17 total.

Well, at the very least you could spend points on stamina and move whatever equipment you have there to speed, agility or vision, depending on your preference.

You are not very fast for a level 30 FS, but not so slow that you are ineffective. Something to think about...

speed, speed, and more speed. get stamina to 40-45 but thats about it. agility and everything else looks good.
