Hey BigMike,
I am a GM and the current DC at the Long Island Iced Tea (USA AAA 1). We were in the Eastern Conference, so you may or may not be familiar with our team. However, this season we made major strides. We have steadily improved every season culminating in 3 straight playoff seasons (including 2 playoff wins season 3, 1 win in season 4). This season we improved to a 13-3 record and a 3rd place finish.

We have a great group of guys, committed ownership, and game plans for each game.
We currently have an inactive owner at the Punter position and need a major upgrade. We will cut him if you sign and you will be guaranteed the starting spot. We want an active owner (although I know punter almost takes care of itself). I am sure you are the right fit. Field position is so important that any little edge will greatly benefit us.
If interested, please let me know your contract demands (bonus wise). We will pay for lvl 32 equipment also over the course of season 6. We are behind in stadium development but have 4-6 sections being built right now. However (equipment), is our #1 aim for season 6 because people have sacrificed for our teams infrastructure.

I'm Rage Kinard, OC for Steelers Haven of Canada AA #4. No PM sent because you asked us to place our pitches here. Steelers Haven would love to have Walter White II on our team. We finished this season at 12-4, but had an early exit from the playoffs. We have a stable team, but are always looking to improve it.
Gameplan is provided by the OC/DC for every game, but we are always willing to listen to opinions from other team members and feel the more input we have from team members the stronger the team will be.

We're a committed team looking to take that next step in the USA BBB7 (a great league despite it's BBB nature, check it out here - http://goallineblitz.com/game/league.pl?league_id=46 ). We've been in the playoffs every year and honestly this past year was a disappointment due to some players losses that resulted in depth issues. We're fixing those issues as we speak and now has added a SS (lvl 31) and TE (lvl 35) just today. We already have verbal agreements from a couple of cornerbacks and expect to sign a QB any day now.
We're a committed group of players, have agreat owner and GM's like myself. Our forum is lively and we do take care of our players.

1) We're prepared to offer you a decent daily salary over minimum as to help you save some for equipment upgrades.
2) We offer you lvl 32 equipment by using allowance to use team funds when the time comes. We could also discuss a bonus sum if that's prepared. In return we'd want you to sign a longer deal (two years) when you hit lvl 32.
3) We're not rebuilding in any sense just upgrading. Given the nature of the BBB 7 strength wise (a lot of our competition will be heading north in the USA league structure). We expect to be one of the top teams and move upwards ourselves.
4) League is not really a big deal to me either.
5) We're not mistrusting you in any sense although we've been burned by a player wanting to get their eqipment paid for and then move elsewhere - that made us deal with this as follows. Lvl 32 is a reasonably big investment and to guarantee it we'd like a 2 year deal. One possibility is of course that you strike a one-year dela with us and that we get to prove ourselves worthy of having you around. If you decide that you wish to stay we sign a longer deal and give you money for equipment upgrades.

We are doing well this year, and are 14-2, with the #2 seed in the playoffs going into our game tomorrow. We are a very active team, and we get a lot of posts on our forum. We can also pay for all your equipment upgrades as well. Anything you need, we will take care of for you. Hopefully you are interested, and if you have any questions, or want forum access, just ask me and I'll get it for you. You will obviously be our only punter, I will be getting rid of my guy if you come. We can meet salary requirements, we can give you minimum or more if you want, and we can give you a good bonus/pay for your equipment like I said because our stadium is getting much bigger this offseason. Our current P is inactive, and we will release him once we get a new one. We can pay for your lvl 32 equipment when you hit it, that is not a big issue. Getting home field playoff games this year is going to help us build our stadium up.

We are looking to replace a punter that has never boosted and isn’t very active. You would be our starter for as long as you are on the team. Understand that we have a pretty high-powered offense and some games we don’t punt more than once or twice. Hopefully, we will win our championship this year and move up so we will need a punter to help with field position.
We are an active team that posts game related things in the forums, not a whole lot of chit-chat. We use the equipment fund to get players the money they need for upgrades instead of giving huge bonuses. This way we can keep building our stadium, and maximize our finances.

The colts are a good team on the rise. We are a very active forum, last year was our first year with this team but I have been an owner of my own team since season 1. My own team has made the playoffs every season since season 1, and I am sure that the colts are going to make the playoffs this year.
We'd love to have you as a solid part of our team. We have a very good special teams coordinator(my coordinator from the Turtles that I brought over), and both offensive and defensive coordinators.

Ohio Valley IRonmen - Finished 14-2 and as the #2 seed in the Oceania AA#2 playoffs.
OUr current punter is retiring and thus needs to be replaced. Money is no issue as we have a well built stadium and plenty of money in the equipment fund.
