This is a LB that has played at the LOLB in the past in a 4-3 defense.

He's going to a team next season that runs the 3-4.

What do you think his position should be?
And can you offer any suggestions for his build as to direction?

depends on the team. if he's the best pass covering (speed and agility) LB he should stay on the left. if he'd be the best blitzer he should switch to the other side. his stamina is fairly low and it seems a waste to have strength so close but yet uncapped. same with vision really. and more speed wouldn't hurt either.
