As Commissioner of USA BBB #4 Balloting I must inform you that this is no democracy. I put the time in. I pay for the webspace. So, any funny business will not be tolerated. I have ways of looking behind the polls and can tell if something wonky is happening (ballot stuffing etc).

I don't keep Caps off the ballot just because they're annoying at times, so likewise, I will not let good people be cheated. It's lame we even have to have this discussion. TJ is the most clear cut MVP of any position.
