Not sure, but in the description it says that Tunnel Vision gives bonuses to both Speed and Agility.
I would be interested to see how much going from 1 to 6 Tunnel Vision helps out though.

Depends on a lot of things.
Low level player who is still slowbuilding, clearly the agility is superior.
Player on a team not in the playoffs I think the agility is superior since no more games matter.
Player on a team IN the playoffs without a realistic chance at winning (read: severely beaten by top seeds earlier in the year) could go either way but I would lean towards the SAs to give your team a better shot.
Player on a team in the playoffs with a good chance to win the title SAs hands down.

Not necessarily. Shed Block IS more agility based but TV gives a bonus to both. The main reason for it being called a speed SA is because of the bonus to both stats it gives, where as Shed Block is just an equation to determine %chance to break the block.

I went from 3 to 6 in TV and saw a big difference. Putting it up to 8 when I boost.

No, they both randomly trigger.
Anyways, off any SA you will see a much larger increase in production from 4-10 than you will from 1-3 or 11-15.
