I'm just wondering if jumping does anything for an HB? It's probably unlikely but I was thinking that perhaps it could help with cuts or juking.

I was thinking of experimenting with it on my appropriately named HB Reggie McGuffie now I've got his agility is past the 3:1 cap.

Essentially, it should help you "hurdle" defenders who make tackles at your feet... but I'm not sure if that works.

I think it works well for diving for a few extra yards. Also, it couldn't hurt to train for those long HB passes. I wouldn't actually use SP's on it though.

FWIW it actually raises the rushing scout bar a small amount so it could very well could figure into one of the running equations.

I had a d league test HB last season with capped jumping and he actually did okay. Since it was a d league test it was pretty inconclusive, but he had just as good or better stats than teammates with "real" HB builds

That's like saying you have a good build in a bbb league just because he got 60 touchdowns. Everyone gets it.

I think that jumping may help a bit with acceleration.
