I would say that RR has to be a better than average coach, I mean, look at WVU without him. And they still have Pat White and Noell Devine, they were supposed to be strong this season.
When it comes to strategy, he is very average. They lost Slaton and their Best WRs along with a few of their top defensive players. RR will not be the guy to get Michigan the NCs they want.
