If you are an OLB, I'll put them all on speed and vision.

depends on your tactics. vision will keep you from backing up too far against the run, you will see the play sooner and move forward. if you are focused on the run you might not need all that vision.

The team tactics put me 1/3 of the time shifted to my side and the rest either in a normal set or against CB3.
