While the 2nd is outperforming the 1st, they are built extremely similar, so it applies to both of them.

Should I softcap vision, or should I leave it where it's at now? If finished with vision, should I train strength? What should I do with SPs?

I'll give the same advise I give everyone in how to build a QB. Soft cap throwing first, then soft cap either vision or strength, then soft cap the other one. After the three major stats are 48, bring confidence to a decent level and stamina to a point where you never leave the game and branch off from there to what ever system your team plays.

I heard that having strength too high might cause some dropped passes, is that true?

Both of them are in D-Leagues, and never dip below 80 stamina, and the last time I checked, they were both starters, yet they generally only get 15 passes, and are in there maybe 1/3rd of the time. Is this because it's the D-leagues?

it's d-league, stats and energy levels will change drastically when you get on your first real team.

As for strength being too high, I've never seen any actual proof on it and Bort won't address the issue on what what counts as a drop and what attributes actually are used in catching.

I've seen some evidence on the WR board that actually proves higher catching leads to more drops. Until Bort comes out and says high strength leads to more drops, then I would believe it.
