I currently have 900 flex points and I don't plan to buy anymore untill at least a few weeks. I would like to know what would be more worthwhile for my TE, using the 3 boosts at the end of the season? Or buyin the CE?

Boosts for sure. If you don't use your 3 per season then they are history, you can buy custom any time.
